At it's early beginnings, shipping and forwarding state agency, known with the name ADETARE, was the only shipping agency in Albania . Centered in Durres it covered all ports of Albania , facing a big work volume. In 1984, as a consequence of a bilateral state agreement , began the first ferry- boat line Trieste - Durres -Trieste of Adriatica Venezia company and Adetare was established as agent of the company.. After 1990, with the beginning of a demokratic era in our country, increased other ferry-boat lines with other destinations as Bari , Ancona , Coper. ...
